It has been brought to our attention that there has been some breaches of the Code Of Conduct lately. Can everyone please read it and follow the rules. Everyone needs to remember that the Kiss Army Australia forum is a public meeting place, so exercise common courtesy and accept the same responsibility for your behavior that you would in a public place.

Everyone is welcome to join, but not everyone is welcome to stay...

* POSTING *
Attacking other members isn't constructive, so we ask that you refrain from 'trash talking' and 'flaming'. If you disagree with something someone says, feel free to criticize, but personal attacks and hate messages are not acceptable and will be removed.

Be careful of your writing/posting style. Something you write as a joke or a "rib" maybe taken the wrong way by others. If you are joking or being joking sarcastic, be sure to add an emicon that indicates this.

Please be careful not to offend people with your extreme views. We understand everyone has a right to their views, but as posts are permanent for everyone to read, what you say to one person (who may find no offence in your posting) will be read by everyone, some of whom may take offence.

* BE HELPFUL *
Not everybody knows as much as you might. Point people to information they might need where necessary. Be mutually respectful - don't post rubbish and you wont get rubbish back to read.

* SPAM *
Spam will be promptly deleted, so do NOT spam the forums. In other words, put a bit of thought into your topics, polls and replies. Posting numerous one word replies and cramming the boards with useless topics isn't advised.

* BE SENSIBLE *
Excessively use of profanity or posting pornography will not be tolerated - no discussion! Links or images containing material of a pornographic nature will be removed - this is a family forum!

* ADVERTISING *
Due to the fact that we are a non profit KISS fan site and will ALWAYS remain a non profit KISS fan site we do not permit the use of personal advertising.

We love the tribute bands,but unfortunately we don't want tribute band topics in our forums as history has proven that it can cause problems, so if there is mention of KISS Tribute band and topics, they will simply be deleted at OUR own discretion. This is a KISS forum not a tribute band forum, so sorry guy's, that's the way it has to be.

* TICKET SALES *
Selling of tickets for any event, KISS or non-KISS is ONLY acceptable when you are selling for cost price or less. We will not tolerate ANYONE trying to use this forum to make a profit on a ticket.

* BOOTLEGS *
The trading and selling of bootlegs is not to permitted on the forum. No exceptions.

Violation of any of these rules may result in your account being suspended or blocked. We may contact you if your behavior is unacceptable. Continued abuse of the rules will result in a ban at our discretion.

* PIRACY *
Talk about selling, trading or promoting pirating, official KISS merchandise and releases will not be accepted. No exceptions.
It IS fine to mention these fakes and pirate versions to warn others. Especially the vulchers on eBay.

* YOUTUBE *
Posting links to KISS footage on youtube is acceptable so long as the footage posted is not a direct rip (longer than 30 seconds) from an official KISS release. E.g. No posting of clips longer than 30 seconds taken from KISSology.

Obviously no pornographic links at all. Any offenders will be banned, no second chances.

Any links to MYspace, Facebook or other similar websites. Please remove them from your signature if you have them. It also includes usernames that refer to tribute bands. If they're not removed, they will be removed by admin.
